Unsere Lieferung soll dir zu 100% entsprechen. Willst du etwas retournieren, können deine bestellten Artikel innert 14 Tagen ab erhalt retourniert werden. Vorausgesetzt die Ware befindet sich in einwandfreiem, unversehrtem und original verpackten Zustand.
Dies allerdings kann erst nach schriftlicher Benachrichtigung an info@vava.ch und dessen anschliessender Bestätigung erfolgen. Die Kosten für die Rücksendung trägt der Kunde. Hat der Kunde die Ware fristgerecht und ordnungsgemäss zurückgeschickt, erhält er von VAVA den Kaufpreis abzüglich Lieferkosten rückerstattet.
